First blog

This is my first post and I'm not sure why I am doing this, but I will give it a try. 
Went for a physical yesterday, (last one was in 2002). Doc said blood work came back great. Cholesterol was 198 with hdl 78 and ldl 110. The only thing needing work is my blood pressure. 185/110. Way too high. I need to lose another 20 lbs. or so and get rid of some of the stress in my life. Last visit to the doc I was 22 lbs. heavier so I am making progress. 
I have not used my kettle bells for months, but it is time to start again. Best workout I've ever had and it is so simple. Not easy, but simple. 
Time for work. 
Wonder if I will keep doing this. :)
